Senior, Joey Goodale was named one of the two first prize winners in the International Great Composers Edvard Grieg Competition. Goodale’s performance of Ich Liebe Dich was selected among submissions from musicians around the world.
Dallas Baptist University celebrated its 698 graduates during its May Commencement services, held on Thursday, May 10 and Friday, May 11, in the Patty and Bo Pilgrim Chapel on DBU’s campus.
Taking part in the 21st Century Wilberforce Emerging Leaders Conference, 20 students ventured to Washington, D.C. last week with the Cook School of Leadership. The conference aimed to educate and equip young professionals to advocate for religious liberty.
After receiving a $1.5 million challenge grant from the J. E. and L. E. Mabee Foundation of Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 2017, Dallas Baptist University recently reached the needed amount to be raised to receive the grant.
