DBU REPORT I 2016-2021 OVERVIEW 20 Every year, hundreds of graduates leave University Hill to step out into the world to make an impact as servant leaders, but regardless of where they may go, they are always considered part of the DBU Family. Maintaining connections to our alumni is very important to us, and we love to hear and share the stories of how God is using our alumni to expand His Kingdom around the world. Dr. Wright envisioned building upon and strengthening the relationship between alumni and their alma mater. DBU established new traditions such as Alumni Increasing Alumni Engagement Night at the Ballpark and the Alumni Networking Breakfast, and added new events to the annual Homecoming celebration so alumni would always feel remembered and welcomed back home to University Hill.
