DBU REPORT 20 RANGERS NIGHT AT THE BALLPARK NEWS&NOTES On September 29, DBU Athletics partnered with the Texas Rangers for the annual “Night at the Ballpark,” where the Rangers played the Los Angeles Angels. This was the first Night at the Ballpark in the Rangers’ new Globe Life Field. One special thing about Night at the Ballpark is that DBU and the Texas Rangers partner to offer a DBURangers themed item. This year, the item offered was a bucket hat that was only available by buying a ticket through a special link on the DBU Athletics page. So many DBU students, staff, and alumni purchased tickets to the game that the bucket hats were sold out by the 2nd inning! Though the Rangers fell short to the Angels, the DBU Family was able to gather across the stadium in Arlington to enjoy a fun-filled evening.
