Journal for K-12 Educational Leadership 61 About the Author Dr. Jeremy L. Earnhart serves as Direc- tor of Fine Arts in the Arlington ISD. Previous positions held include Director of Fine Arts for Irving ISD, and Direc- tor of the State and National Champion L.D. Bell High School Band in Hurst-Eu- less-Bedford ISD. He holds a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Music Education from the University of North Texas, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership K-12 from Dallas Baptist University.
