Research Question 2: How do Leadership Cohort participants perceive the impact of participating in the Leadership Cohort has on their behavior as a campus leader? Findings: • 100% of participants expressed a change in their leadership practices. • Perceived impact was noted in changes in leadership actions and changes in the mindset or thinking of the leader. • Perceived changes in mindset occurred with the highest frequency in the criterion of implementing professional learning communities. • Perceived changes in actions occurred with the highest frequency in the criterion of providing coaching and feedback. ________________________________________________________________________ Unrelated Themes There were themes that emerged from the qualitative data that did not align with the two original research questions.
