Campus Virtual Tour
Whether you take graduate school classes in-person or online, we strive to create a welcoming environment on one of the most beautiful and picturesque campuses in Texas. Take a virtual tour below.
Consider several factors when selecting a graduate school, such as whether it is centrally located for better access to internships, jobs, and networking opportunities. You should also look for a school with accredited, nationally recognized programs, and factor in tuition costs, available scholarships, and financial aid. Choose a school that aligns with your faith and will ensure you can continue representing the Lord in your career and life.
A graduate degree is an academic program that allows you to continue your education after your bachelor's degree and includes master's and doctorate degrees and professional certifications.
A graduate degree allows you to further specialize in an area of interest or choose a program that directly relates to or is accredited by the profession you want to enter.
An education that puts Christ at the center of every classroom facilitates your ability to make a higher, more eternal Kingdom impact extending beyond your own lifetime, job portfolio, or 401k.
Your strongest personal statement will be authentic and reflective of your journey to graduate school, including your most meaningful and instructive success, obstacles, challenges, and your faith's role along the way. You'll also want to talk about your professional goals and dreams — and the core motivators behind your pursuit of a graduate degree. This Statement of Purpose is required as part of the DBU Graduate admissions process.
Your academic record should show proof of academic preparation and the ability to succeed in graduate studies. Therefore, the admissions office considers numerous factors, including your undergraduate grade point average. However, Graduate Record Examinations® (GRE®) test scores are not required for DBU's Graduate admission.
Upon submission of your graduate application, DBU's graduate admissions office will review all materials required for admission to the program. This process will be completed within two weeks.
