Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management
Beginning in Spring 2025, this master's degree is offered to exclusively online students. It will be available to new students who take all courses in the degree program online for $550 per credit hour.
The Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management (MSCM) program is designed to equip leaders to future-proof their organizations through integrated risk management. Leaders will have the ability to navigate their organization’s digital transformation through a strong foundation in strategic, operational, and technology risk management.
We take an interdisciplinary approach to Cybersecurity Management through the lens of Security by Design, Digital Ethics, Privacy, Compliance, Agile ways of working, Digital Transformation, and a Risk optimization mindset by embedding trust.

Program Details
The focus of the M.S. in Cybersecurity Management program is on experiential learning through internships wherein students solve real-world business problems in digital risk management and associated practices. Students will explore how the interaction among management, cybersecurity, leading technology, privacy, and ethical leadership provides strong solutions. The result is a graduate with the ability to transition into both disruptive and traditional organizations. This program is relevant to students who are looking for jobs, in career transition or planning to switch careers/sectors.

His Story
Dr. Prasad Chetti is a distinguished scholar in Information Technology, having earnedjourney includes degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian
Institute of Technology Guwahati and Geo-Informatics and Surveying Technology
from JNTU Hyderabad. Over his 21-year teaching and research career, Dr. Chetti has
taught a diverse range of courses, from Data Science to Artificial Intelligence, at
several esteemed colleges and universities.
Dr. Chetti's research interests in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and
Computational Biology have led to significant contributions in analyzing civil
infrastructures and financial markets using advanced methods like population analysis
and correlation networks. He has conducted workshops on data science and served as
a panel member discussing ChatGPT at various conferences. Dr. Chetti has also won
several best paper awards at conferences and received numerous research grant
awards. He has played a part in prestigious National Science Foundation-funded
projects, showcasing his contributions to cutting-edge research initiatives. His
dedication to his field is reflected in his extensive publication record in conference
proceedings and journals, highlighting his commitment to research and education.
In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Chetti is guided by his Christian
faith, which plays a significant role in his personal and professional life. God showed
him a vision to build a church in India, which he was able to realize by the grace of
God while he was merely a Ph.D. student. His family runs several churches and
hospitals in India, further extending their commitment to service and community
support. He draws strength and inspiration from Psalm 55:22: "Cast your burden on
the Lord, and He will sustain you; He will never permit the righteous to be moved."
Dr. Chetti has mentored numerous student projects, received accolades for his
research, and played an active role in academic and university service committees. His
career exemplifies a harmonious blend of professional excellence and deep personal
faith.

Admission to one graduate program does not guarantee admission to another. Applicants who show potential for graduate study but do not meet the criteria for Full Admission may be admitted for up to 12 hours under provisional status. Students admitted under Provisional Admission will be granted Full Admission upon successful completion of 12 credit hours and fulfillment of the conditions of their admission as determined by the Master’s Degrees Admission Committee.
