Restrictions

Students must be a new student to DBU in the Fall 2023 semester or later, enroll as an online student in one of the degree programs listed here, and take only online classes to qualify for the rate listed above. Only select concentrations are available at the advertised rate. Students enrolled at these rates do not qualify for institutional scholarships, but they may still apply for federal and state financial aid.
