DBU has many active student organizations focused upon various academic, social, service and spiritual emphases. Through it all, you will develop lifelong friendships with fellow Patriots who become your extended family, challenging and encouraging you during your time on University Hill and beyond. THE GREEK LIFE EXPERIENCE AT DBU is a unique blend of social activities, service, ministry, leadership and spiritual growth. This blend comes from the key components of DBU Greek Life: service, discipleship, leadership and academic excellence. Not only will your fellow members become some of your closest friends throughout your college career, but you’ll also experience the mutual support, spiritual growth and academic accountability through Greek Life at DBU. DBU provides supervision and guidance to the Greek organizations through the appointment of a full-time professional staff member of the University, who serves as the advisor and mentor to each fraternity and sorority. DBU sponsors only local Greek organizations. NEARLY 600 INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS attend DBU, presenting many unique opportunities for international and American students to engage in learning each other’s culture and build friendships with one another through exciting campus events like International Week, Fall Fiesta, Lunar New Year as well as student organizations and clubs.
