FAITH AND LEARNING At DBU, we stand with conviction that faith should never be separated from any aspect of our lives, and remain committed to the great tradition of Christian scholarship. Because of this steadfast commitment, we integrate faith and learning in every classroom and throughout every academic discipline. Similarly, DBU professors seek to disciple students, not only in their Christian walk, but also in their academic learning. Your professors will pray for you and with you. CHAPEL COMMUNITY Chapel exists to enrich the lives of students at DBU and serves as a way to connect with the Lord amid the busyness of normal college life. The DBU Family joins together three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 a.m. for Chapel, which features student-led worship, a variety of speakers and important campus announcements. However, DBU Chapel does not take the place of the local church, and we encourage all students to get involved in a local church in addition to attending chapel services weekly. 5 COMMIT
