Intensive English Program (IEP) Admissions Checklist
The steps below are the criteria for admission to the English for Communication track of the IEP program.

Step 1: Apply for Admission

- Copy of Passport
- (optional) F-1 Student Visa
- Apply for an I-20 if you need an F student visa to study at DBU

Step 3: Complete Pre-Arrival Documents & Reserve Housing
- Immunizations
- Tuberculosis Test Results
- Meningitis Vaccine
- Not required if you are 22 years or older
- DBU Housing Request
- Complete Online Housing Application
- Upon your acceptance to DBU, a link will be sent to your listed email with login credentials to complete the housing application. If for some reason you do not receive this link, contact University Housing at housing@dbu.edu or (214) 333-5455.
- Report of Medical History
- Additional Immunizations
- TDap Vaccine
- MMR Vaccine
- Complete Online Housing Application
- Submit Scholarship Applications
Make sure to use the forms provided by DBU. Please complete and sign all sections of the DBU forms. Immunization and Test records must be dated and signed off by your doctor.
Step 4: Register for Class & Arrival
- Submit your Transportation Request for your airport pickup
- Register for Classes
