Camila Ramos has served at Dallas Baptist University since 2019 as a
Program Analyst, advisor, and adjunct professor. Originally from Colombia,
she brings over 10 years of experience in higher education, where she has
excelled in identifying program needs, streamlining processes, and
implementing strategic plans that foster student growth and institutional
success. A lifelong learner, Camila is dedicated to equipping students with
the tools to achieve their academic and professional goals while building
meaningful connections with industry partners and students. She is
passionate about cultivating enriching learning experiences and mentoring
her students to become catalysts for Christ.
 
Before joining DBU, Camila gained corporate experience in human resources
as well as national and international non-profit experience, helping
organizations in the technology and business sectors meet their needs. She
is also the faculty sponsor of ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals for
America), further demonstrating her commitment to empowering the next
generation of leaders. Passionate about corporate professional development,
she holds workshops to help students land jobs in the tech sector. Camila is
certified by IBM as an Instructor in Artificial Intelligence and Cloud
Computing, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner
(CSPO), and Flow Certified Professional (FCP). She has also led bootcamps in
Artificial Intelligence in the US and Latin America. Her work integrates technology, business, and servant leadership, preparing students to excel in
their careers and make a lasting impact for Christ.
