The Mail Services Department understands the importance of your correspondence, and that is why we strive to be prompt and accurate in all that we do. Whether you are a student or faculty/staff member, Mail Services is here to help you with your mailing and shipping needs. We are proud to be able to support the all-important mission of Dallas Baptist University, which is to create Christ-like servant leaders. We do this by not only distributing outgoing and incoming departmental mail, but also by notifying the students by text message when a new package arrives and by helping them to stay in touch with their family and friends. Mission Statement

The mission of the Mail Services Department is to provide support to the university by providing efficient and timely distribution of written communications in order to help build and strengthen the DBU community while enhancing the spiritual, intellectual, social, and physical development of the students, faculty, and staff.
